ProseshPrivacy policy
The short version: Prosesh keeps your recipes on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud. We can’t see them. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.
Who we are
Prosesh is an iPhone app made by Crafted Apps (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].
What the app stores
Everything you put into Prosesh is yours and is stored for you:
- Your recipes and runs: names, machines, materials, settings, steps, notes and the photos you add.
- Your profile, if you fill it in: your name, birthday and profile photo. All of these are optional.
- Your preferences: your crafts, temperature unit and light or dark mode.
Where it is stored
- On your iPhone.
- In your own private iCloud, if you are signed in to iCloud. This is what keeps your recipes in step across your devices and brings them back on a new phone. That storage belongs to your Apple Account and is run by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.
We have no servers of our own, and the app does not send your recipes, photos or profile to us or to anyone else. We cannot see or read them.
What we don’t do
- No account, sign-up or password.
- No advertising.
- No tracking and no analytics software from other companies.
- No selling or sharing of your information.
Camera and photos
Prosesh uses the camera only when you choose to take a photo for a recipe, a run or your profile. When you choose a photo from your library, iOS hands the app only the photos you pick. The app never browses your library.
Information Apple may share with us
If you have agreed to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may give us anonymous crash and usage reports. They don’t identify you and don’t include your recipes. If you use a test version through TestFlight, any feedback you choose to send reaches us through Apple.
If you email us
If you write to us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem.
Deleting your information
- In the app: Profile → “Delete app data” deletes your recipes, runs and machines from every device signed in to your iCloud.
- In iCloud: you can also remove the app’s data in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
- Deleting the app removes what is stored on that iPhone.
Children
Prosesh is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
